Match name: Rifle Metallic Silhouette Match
Schedule: See calendar of events or newsletter announcement for dates. Practice begins at 9:00am, and match begins at 10:00am.
Cost: $5.00 per gun.

| Big Bore: Rifle chambered in .243 or larger caliber. |
Usual number of rounds needed: 40 rounds per match.

Targets: Metallic silhouettes:
| Small Bore: Chickens at 40m, pigs at 60m, turkeys at 77m, and rams at 100m. | |
| Large Bore: Chickens at 200m, pigs at 300m, turkeys at 385m, and rams at 500m. |
Format: Non-NRA-sanctioned, so open classes. The shooter has 2.5 minutes to fire 1 shot at each of 5 identical silhouette targets. Eight legs of 5 targets each will be shot in the course of the match.
Prizes: Bragging rights.
